Comfortable, large living room with TV/DVD.
Fully equipped kitchen with Dishwasher, coffeemaker, Stove, all utensils and cookware,etc.
Washer and Dryer.
All Linens and Towels included (beach towels, too). Start-up soaps and paper products provided. One block easy walk to IGA grocery store.
Pool Table and game area downstairs.
Central HVAC.
Three bathrooms, One full bath upstairs. The two bathrooms downstairs are unheated.
Beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella, cooler, sand toys, grill.
Parking for 3 cars off-street.
