ROCK N ROLL MARATHON    Tybee Shuttle information.
In just a few days, about 20,000 runners and walkers will be taking over the streets of Savannah for the 2nd annual Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon.
Tybee Island will be helping runners and fans get there by offering a shuttle to and from the race on Nov. 3.   A secret of runners is to rent a beach house on Tybee so they have their own space to get ready for and relax after the race.
The shuttle will leave the island at 6 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. on the day of the race. A return shuttle will give rides from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. from the finish line to the beach.
