WHAT: The 18th Annual Tybee Island Tour of Homes, one of Tybee Island’s signature annual events, will take place on Saturday, May 2, rain or shine. This popular annual event attracts visitors from across the region to explore a diverse showcase of historic and contemporaryarchitectural styles and interior design across the island, including cozy bungalows, charming cottages and spacious beach houses, with one of the featured homes dating back to 1908.
The event’s platinum sponsors include Tybee Island Social Club, Tybee Fish Camp, Seaside Sisters, Polka Dots, Laurel Home Furnishings and Tybee Beach Sponsors will be on hand in the Tour’s showcase home displaying various items for sale. Guests can begin the tour at the home of their choice and will receive a map, along with a list of homes, printed on the back of the ticket. Lunch is included with the purchase of a ticket. Proceeds will benefit the Tybee Island Maritime Academy charter school and The Fresh Air Home. WHEN: Saturday, May 2, 2015

NOTE: Lunch is included in the price of the ticket and will be served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Tybee Island Maritime Academy, located at 714 Lovell Avenue. While the City of Savannah recently issued an emergency order mandating that masks be worn in public, NO such emergency order is in effect on Tybee Island. The city does not require masks be worn, but individual businesses on Tybee may require a mask to enter their buildings.
Our beaches are open at this time. Coolers, chairs and umbrellas are permitted. We encourage everyone to follow recommended guidelines for safety and social distancing while visiting our beaches, businesses and city facilities.
