Hurricane / Weather Evacuation
In the event of an ordered evacuation due to hurricanes or other storms, you are required by state law to evacuate property.
My Beach House Rentals encourages you to research and purchase trip cancellation insurance.
No refunds will be given unless:
The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area.
The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a Tropical/Hurricane Warning area, we will refund:
- Any unused portion of rent from a currently registered guest.
- Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive during that time.
- Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation where the guest is scheduled to arrive during the mandatory evacuation.
